1. When will my package arrive?

2. What does “pre-order” mean?

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve items before they’re in stock. Just note: the entire order—including in-stock items—will ship together once the pre-order item arrives.

3. What is the estimated pre-order shipping date?

Dates shown are approximate and may change. For the latest updates, check the product page. You can cancel pre-orders anytime before the item is shipped.

4. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! We’ll send it via email once your order is processed. If it hasn’t arrived after 5 days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Can I make changes to my order?

We can make changes (e.g., size, shipping method, adding/removing items) if your order hasn't shipped yet. During sales periods, orders often ship very quickly—so act fast!

6. My item went on sale after I ordered—can I get the discount applied retroactively?

Unfortunately, we can’t apply discounts retroactively once the sale period has ended. If you forgot your code during the sale, though, we’re happy to help.


7. My tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it—what now?

  • First, check with neighbors or your local post office—they often pick up held packages.

  • If you bought delivery insurance with us, file a claim and we'll assist.

  • Please note: we cannot resend or refund items officially marked as “delivered” without insurance.


8. My package status hasn’t been updated—is it lost?

Tracking updates can take some time. Please wait until the end of the estimated delivery window before contacting us. If the package is officially lost, we’ll resend the order using the original shipping method.

9. Who covers customs and import duties?

Import taxes or duties are the buyer’s responsibility. We always declare packages accurately, but any charges by customs are outside our control.


10. Can I cancel my order?

Yes—if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once it's on its way, cancellation isn't possible.

11. Are packages shipped discreetly?

Absolutely. All orders are placed in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure your privacy.

12. Can you help me choose the right size?

Definitely! Send us your measurements (bust, under-bust, waist, hip) and we’ll guide you to the best fit. Don’t forget to check our Size Guide too!

13. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your return label. Returned products must be unworn and include original tags and hygiene liners. Refunds are issued as store credit minus the cost of the return shipping label.

14. I got a damaged or incorrect item—what do I do?

Contact us right away with photos. We'll either ship a replacement or offer a full refund.
